Susan Evans McCloud is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints and an American author, poet, and hymnwriter. Reading books written by members of the church gives me balance in my views, especially when we are speaking of the prophet, Brigham Young. I have five books on the life of this prophet, but there are many more. I will read and report on as many as I can in the next two years, at that point I will begin the writing of my second novel: Nefarious Elders and Long Suffering Saints. (working title)
